WE ALL LOVE a snow day. Work is closed and the icy roads are empty - it's the perfect opportunity to get out the dirt bike and have a bit of sideways fun...
But one rider got a little more than he bargained for when he drifted around a long bend on Bath Street in Frome, Somerset.
His flat-track style slide starts out well, until the bike loses any grip it had, sending him sliding across the icy tarmac.
The video was originally posted to the Frome Facebook page by Matt Goldsmith, where it drew a mix of admiration and anger from commentators.
It has since been shared to YouTube.
