Harley-Davidson has launched three new special edition motorcycles with paint jobs called Harley-Davidson Fast Johnnie inspired by the brand’s racing history.
The Harley-Davidson Fast Johnnie paint has been applied to three of the American brand’s motorcycles as part of this new special edition run. The models are the Harley-Davidson Low Rider ST, Harley-Davidson Street Glide ST, and Harley-Davidson Road Glide ST.
The paint does not adjust the technical specifications or performance levels of any of the bikes, but it does hike up the price.
For the Harley-Davidson Low Rider ST, the Fast Johnnie paint increases the price by £2,150; for both the Harley-Davidson Street Glide ST and Road Glide ST the new paint adds £4,000.
Harley-Davidson Fast Johnnie prices
The prices for the Fast Johnnie editions of each of the bikes are as follows:
- Harley-Davidson Low Rider ST Fast Johnnie - £22,845
- Harley-Davidson Street Glide ST Fast Johnnie - £33,895
- Harley-Davidson Road Glide ST Fast Johnnie - £33,895
The paint itself features a blue base with white accents. On the Low Rider ST, the accents start on the sides of the front fairing, continue along the fuel tank, and then onto the side cases.
For both the Street Glide ST and Road Glide ST, there is a white stripe (with two thin outer stripes and a thicker central stripe) on the centre of the front fairing. The accents then continue, like on the Low Rider ST, along the sides of the tank, but then to the rear shroud before making their way onto the side cases.
The paint on all of the bikes also feature 'Johnnie the Pig' - the first racing mascot of Harley-Davidson - on the fuel tank, and for the Road Gide and Street Glide there are Screamin' Eagle mufflers.
