The auctions will help the official charity of MotoGP and the FIM to continue its vital work providing health care in Africa, all thanks to the power of two wheels.
The first auction goes live today, 15th November 2023, and includes items from across Yamaha’s racing activity including a signed Dainese boot belonging to 2021 WorldSBK champion Toprak Razgatlioglu, and race jerseys from Yamaha’s top MXGP stars of 2023 - Jeremy Seewer, Glenn Coldenhoff and Maxime Renaux.
More auctions will be going live in the coming weeks, and will include a total of 30 items from famous names. The lots include knee sliders, visors, jerseys, t-shirts and more available from an array of WorldSBK and MX stars, plus the official Yamaha Rally team of Pol Tarres and Alessandro Botturi.
The second auction going live is more focused on motorcycle racing’s premier class, with items including a signed Casey Stoner replica Nolan helmet, a Yamaha t-shirt signed by Fabio Quartararo and some knee sliders signed by Moto2 race winner Fermin Aldeguer.
There is also an as-yet undisclosed auction taking place in December. While we don’t have any details on this as yet, we can tell you that it features an exclusive item donated by a famous face from the world of adventure motorcycling!
There is much, much more to bid on over on the Charity Stars website right now, with lots from Brad Ray, Andrea Locatelli, and a VIP MotoGP experience for two thanks to Gresini.
