The new Caberg Levo X Carbon helmet brings a new shell to the Levo X model that was launched by the Italian motorcycle helmet manufacturer last year.
This new variant of the Caberg Levo X does not leave much to the imagination for the main change it brings to the model, which is bringing a carbon fibre shell to the original model’s design. Using this material allows the weight of the Levo X Carbon to be reduced to 1.45kg.
An 82-degree frontal opening is covered by an ultra-wide visor, and DVT (Double Visor Tech) means a sun visor is also included. This sun visor is both scratch- and fog-resistant thanks to its Pinlock Max Vision lens.
The Levo X Carbon is a model that Caberg is using to celebrate its 50th anniversary, having been established in 1974, and which maintains the safety standards we now expect of modern motorcycle helmets. That means ECE 22.06 homologation - including with Caberg’s Pro Speak Evo communication system installed - and its flip-up design means the Levo X Carbon is also certified with P/J homologation which ensures it is wearable both with the chin bar lowered and raised.
The Caberg Levo X Carbon is available in four solid colour options - Matt Black, White, Yama Matt Blue, and Metallic Grey - and in a graphic option, Manta, which itself has four colour options to choose from.
The Levo X Carbon has a suggested retail price of €539.99 (around £470), and is available in sizes XS-M in its small shell size, and L-2XL in its large shell size.
